
Liu Beibei is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of the Environment, Nanjing University, and has been selected for the National Young Talent Program. She received her Ph.D. in Environmental Planning and Management from Nanjing University and conducted postdoctoral research at Johns Hopkins University.
Professor Liu Beibei has long been engaged in research on ecological and environmental policy decision-making, as well as climate-resilient management of agriculture and the environment. Her research focuses on the synergistic regulation of climate-agriculture-environment systems and sustainable food systems. She has led projects including NSFC International Cooperation and Exchange Projects, NSFC General Projects, NSFC Young Scientist Projects, sub-projects of National Science and Technology Special Programs, Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, and tendered projects of the Department of Environmental Protection. She has published numerous papers and theoretical articles in high-quality journals such as Nature Food, Nature Water, Environmental Science & Technology, Chinese Science Bulletin, and China Environmental Science, as well as in newspapers such as Guangming Daily. Her research has received the First Prize of the Management Science Award (Academic Award) of the China Management Science Society, the Second Prize of Environmental Protection Science and Technology, and other awards.
