张炳，南京财经大学副校长，南京大学-江苏省环境保护厅环境管理与政策研究中心主任。主要从事环境管理与政策分析、环境经济学的教学和研究。担任 Journal of Environmental Management 编委、Environmental Management 副主编、Environmental and Resource Economics 副主编、《环境经济研究》《中国环境管理》编委；兼任中国环境科学学会环境经济学分会副主任委员、中国系统工程学会生态环境系统工程专业委员会副主任委员、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会能源经济与管理研究分会副理事长等。
长期从事环境管理与政策分析、环境经济学研究，主持国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金、国家自然科学基金国际（地区）合作与交流项目、国家重大研发计划课题、国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项子课题、联合国环境署项目等，在 Nature Sustainability, PNAS, American Economic Review, The Quarterly Journal of Economics, American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Environmental Science & Technology 等杂志发表论文多篇。参与我国排污许可证、排污交易、环境信息公开等政策的制定。研究成果获环保部科技奖一等奖、二等奖、张培刚发展经济学优秀成果奖等奖励。
