关玉儒，南京大学环境与健康研究院副教授、博士生导师，入选国家级高层次青年人才计划。主要从事多尺度能源与碳排放责任评估、消费端气候变化减缓机制与路径，以及气候政策影响评估等方面的研究。在Nature Energy、Nature Communications等期刊发表研究论文30余篇，其中6篇入选ESI高被引论文、3篇入选ESI热点论文；谷歌学术累计引用3000余次，h-index为20。担任Sustainable Futures副主编、Carbon Footprints青年编委及npj Environmental Social Sciences客座编辑，参与撰写中国《第五次气候变化国家评估报告》。研究成果受到联合国、世界银行等国际组织关注，并为欧盟与英国气候政策研究提供科学支撑，获中外百余家主流媒体专题报道
